PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY TO YOU:

-New onset of worsening chronic cough

-Sore throat, chills, or headache

-Shortness of breath/difficulty breathing or swallowing

-Runny nose (other than allergies)

-Muscle or body aches (not attributed to a non-Covid-19 reason)

-Unexplained fatigue or malaise

-Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain

-FEVER OF 100.4 OR HIGHER IN LAST 14 DAYS

If you are canceling with in the 12 hour cancelation policy you are charged and I allow you to reschedule one time.
