Booking Appointments

A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold appointments. Acuity Scheduling holds all credit card information. At the time of service, you advise how you will be paying, i.e. cash, gift certificate, credit card. ​  I will swipe your credit card at this time.

Pre-paid Appointments

If you are paying for someone else please pay in advance. If you pre-pay DO NOT cancel the appt, you must reschedule.  All sales final.

Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined or used with packages, Spa Week or Gift Certificates, or any other coupon.​

Redeeming Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are non-refundable are  value of purchase price. Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date and are transferable.  The Gift Certificate Number must be presented at the time of payment.  Must be used in full and cannot be split into smaller time frames.  If session time is increased, the increased time is at the regular rate. 

Cancellations / Reschedules

Effective Jan 1, 2020:  There is a twelve (12) hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.  Any cancellations or appointments rescheduled less than twelve (12) hours prior to appointment start time are subject to a fee in the amount of the full session price. ​​

Refund Policy

All service sales are final.  Payment must be rendered at time of service.  Theft will be prosecuted.  Product retail returns must be returned with boxes within 3 weeks of purchase.
